The user of the website has the possibility to fill in four different forms:

 
Contact form for real estate ads :
When contacting the company regarding a real estate ad, the user provides his name, first name, email address and telephone number on the website. He then leaves a message. The reference number of the real estate ad is also collected.
 
This information is transmitted to the company via a secure data exchange. The company will then contact the user and provide him with more information about the property or offer a viewing appointment.
 
The user's data is stored in the company's email software and in the database of the company's real estate software, which is processed by the processor  and hosted by the subcontractor OVH SAS. These two processors are listed in section 3 "Processors". The data is hosted in France.
 
The company reserves the right to provide the user with additional ads for properties that have similar characteristics to the property in his contact request. However, the user has the right to change the content of these items or to unsubscribe from them.
 
To enforce this right, the user sends an email to the company.
 
General contact form :
When the user contacts the company with a general request, he provides his name, first name, email address and telephone number on the website. He then leaves a message.
 
This information is transmitted to the company via a secure data exchange and enables contact with the user. The user's data is stored in the company's email software.
Sign-up form for email notifications
When the user signs up for email notifications, he provides his email address on the website. This information is stored in the database of the website, which is hosted by the subcontractor OVH SAS. The contact details of this processor are listed in Section 3 "Processors".
 
Users who have subscribed to email notifications will automatically receive real estate ads from the company. Each email notification will end up with a direct unsubscribe link that allows registered users to exercise their right to be forgotten. Clicking on the unsubscribe link permanently removes the corresponding email address from the website's database.
 
Sign-up form for the newsletter :
When the user signs up for the newsletter, he indicates his email address on the website. This information is stored in the database of the website, which is hosted by the subcontractor OVH SAS. The contact details of this processor are listed in Section 3 "Processors".
 
Users who subscribe to the newsletter receive periodic emails from the company providing information about the company, real estate properties and related topics. Each newsletter will end up with a direct unsubscribe link that allows registered users to exercise their right to be forgotten. Clicking on the unsubscribe link permanently removes the corresponding email address from the website's database.
 
Right to be forgotten :
Users who have completed one of the two contact forms have the right to be forgotten and can unsubscribe from receiving emails with property ads that match their search criteria. To do this, they send an email to the company.
 
Right to erasure :
Users who have completed one of the two contact forms have the right to erasure and may request the complete erasure of their personal data. The company will respond as soon as possible to claims for the erasure of personal data submitted by email or through the general contact form, unless there is a contract between the user and the company (rental agreement, sales mandate, rental mandate, administrative mandate, property management mandate, purchase offer, reservation agreement, preliminary contract) or the company has submitted an invoice to the user for the provision of a service.
 
Data portability :
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users of the website who have provided personal data through one of the two contact forms have the right to request the portability of their personal data from the company.
 
To do this, they can send an email to the company or fill in the general contact form which is available on the website under the heading "Contact".
 
Storage of personal data :
The company is the controller of personal data. Personal data collected through contact forms are stored at the data centers of the processors listed in section 3 "Processors". These data are stored in European territory and will be destroyed within the legal time periods.
 
Use of cookies :
Browsing the website may result in the installation of cookies on the user's computer. A cookie is a small text file that does not allow the user to be identified, but stores information about navigating a computer on the internet. The data obtained in this way should facilitate the subsequent browsing on the website. The user may set his browser to block and / or delete cookies generated by the website.
